Mike has been a successful entrepreneur his entire professional career and like all great entrepreneurs, he has worked in several arenas from banking to real estate. His involvement in the imprinted apparel business dates back to 1989. He started as the Controller of a local screen printing company and eventually opened his own successful embroidery company. After 11 years of sustained growth, he sold that company to his partner in 2007 to pursue other
business ventures. Those ventures proved to be both rewarding and character building, so Mike decided to get back into corporate America where he worked for several large scale local promotional companies in a sales capacity. Mike is excited to have the opportunity to put his extensive background in the imprinted apparel business and management skills to work for you, and his clients.
Mike is from Richmond and a graduate of Douglas Freeman High School and Virginia Military Institute. He lives in Manakin with his wife of 30 years and his 3 children. He is a devoted husband and father who loves his family, friends, and fun, in that order. Oh, and an occasional glass of good bourbon also!
Side note from Mike’s business partner and lifelong friend: Great entrepreneurs have success and failure and painfully learn how to create a successful long-term business by taking care of their customers every day. Mike will work tirelessly to assure that customer demands are met or exceeded.
Mike Glass is a well-seasoned veteran to the screen print industry. Since the early 80s basement printing days, Mike mastered the trade, overseeing production at Vatex, printing for GAP, Walt Disney, Nike, Morey Boogie and various other worldwide apparel retailers. Mike is well versed in pre-press graphic art, color separation, and design concept. He can make a design out of your ideas. Mike owned and operated 360 Graphics LLC for 15 years and brings 35 years experience to the table.
